“Pensive” She whispered her story through color-an emotional dance between her eyes and hands. With each brushstroke, I followed her silence, until her gaze met mine, deep and welled with felling. Her hands, cradling her face, spoke without sound. With watercolors I enjoy painting with multiple colors adding dimension, value, and emotion. The final drop of paint above her lip sealed a moment in time.
